Mark Markarian

Having built, managed, and remodeled a wide range of properties, and forged relationships across related industries, he is the ideal copilot for buyers seeking quality and value in Chicago's real estate market.

In addition, a love of Architecture, coupled with extensive world travel, gives Mark a complete and worldly understanding of architectural design, style and function. Mark lives with his wife and son in Chicago's Gold Coast neighborhood. He enjoys sailing, squash, golf and a number of other outdoor activities.

 

Gordon Munden

With over 25 years experience, as a Chicago Realtor, Gordon is pleased to be joining with his colleague, Mark Markarian, in forming Munden & Markarian Residential at Jameson Sotheby's International Realty.  We are excited to collaborate our combined years of experience and dedication to our clients over the years.

Previously Gordon has worked for some of the best real estate companies in Chicago. During his career, Gordon has sold over $200mm of real estate.

Gordon is highly knowledgeable about Chicago’s real estate market, as well as the real estate itself, with experience in a broad range of price points, property types, and conditions.  He is especially talented when it comes to estimating current market values and trends.

Gordon has a broad range of experience, including commercial real estate development, building construction, retail and wholesale sales of boating goods, boatbuilding and rigging, theatrical set and lighting design and construction, and honed set of communication skills developed as a professional actor.

A pet owner and avid animal lover, one of the things that Gordon is most proud of is that he is a founding member of Real Estate to the Rescue. In addition, Gordon is an accomplished musician and can occasionally be seen playing in local clubs. 

Gordon and his wife Catherine, are longtime residents of Chicago’s Roscoe Village neighborhood, and enjoy participating in local events, such as the Roscoe Village Garden Walk, and Retro on Roscoe.
